Scope
- Realistic calls are made by Aspire’s CERTIFIED telephone coaches.
- Digital recording of each shop call is posted on your private only area of the Aspire Shop-coaching Call website.
- Reporting tools to monitor performance and identify gaps.
- Thinking time with the Aspire coach and the Manager/Supervisor to identify gaps and improve performance

January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026
Terms
- Acquisition of all participant recording release forms is the responsibility of Client and must be in accordance with state/country laws. Aspire does not coordinate or reta in any legal documentation.
- Calls can be invoiced annually for a greater discount, or quarterly.
- Additional calls are welcome and will be invoiced separately upon request.
- All shop call fees must be paid in full for work to begin.
- Contracts are based on a calendar year. Unused calls are forfeited at the end of the calendar year.
- Calls may be cancelled with 90 days written notice. All outstanding fees must be paid in full.
- All pricing is based on electronic payment upon sign-up. Payments from US Banks via ACH (e-check) have no additional fees and Credit Card payment is subject to a 3% service fee.
- There is a discount for annual pre-payment.
- All coaching call criteria may be changed every 90 days based on Client‘s request.
- Aspire reconciles unused calls on a quarterly basis
